Terms of Use

Updated October 28, 2026. These terms cover use of Tattoo Artists Chicago and its initial artist account service.

Your account and profile

Use an email account you control and provide accurate artist information. You may create and edit only your own profile or a profile you are authorized to manage. An existing listing must be claimed through its verified contact email or a manual ownership review.

Keep your sign-in links private. Do not share another person’s personal information or attempt to access accounts or profiles without permission.

Free profiles and optional inquiries

Artist profiles are free. The planned inquiry service includes three free qualified, successfully delivered inquiries. Paid inquiries afterward require a separate, explicit opt-in to the displayed pricing and billing terms. Signup does not authorize a charge or require a payment card.

We do not guarantee exposure, ranking, inquiries, bookings, or income. Cities and portfolio galleries are published only when sufficient eligible content is available.

Your work and rights

Only submit material you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your profile and permissions for your portfolio and reviews. Public visibility of an image elsewhere does not give permission to republish it here.

The launch homepage uses illustrative generated artwork, not portfolio evidence from listed artists. Portfolio submissions and detailed publication permissions will be introduced separately.

Platform use

Do not submit spam, impersonate another artist, interfere with the service, or misuse customer information. We may limit access or suppress a listing to address abuse, disputed ownership, rights concerns, or removal requests.

The directory helps people discover and contact artists. Artists independently discuss projects, prices, suitability, appointments, and tattoo services with their customers.
